    Marie Noe

    Eight of Marie Noe’s infants died under circumstances once attributed to unexplained natural causes. Decades later, investigators reopened the Philadelphia case and obtained admissions.     Ed Gein

    The Clutter family

    Edmund Kemper

    Stella Nickell & the Excedrin poisonings

    Bruce Nickell and Sue Snow died after taking cyanide-laced Excedrin in Washington in 1986.
